DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer several levels of delivery service and are normally able to deliver all items within three to five working days from receipt of your order, subject to availability. If we are out of stock on any item or if there is any difficulty with delivery, you will be notified within two working days.

Please note the Express Delivery is for delivery addresses within the UK. All Express Delivery orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery as long as the order has been placed by 1pm.  Insurance will be our responsibility until signed for. *NB Please note that Next Day Delivery will be sent Monday-Thursday.

 

Over £200

Shipping in the UK will be FREE next day delivery with any purchase over £200.00.

Deliveries to Europe and Worldwide orders will be dispatched by or Royal Mail International Signed For. Royal Mail states delivery within 5 to 7 days.

A courier service for shipping can be arranged for any order via DHL. We will be able to advise on costs and estimated delivery times once orders are placed by email info@savannacouture.com

All our jewellery is packaged in Savanna Couture boxes and/or pouches.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Savanna Couture are happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (overseas).

All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

We advise that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by a member of Savanna Couture. Please note we might not email you upon receipt of your parcel, if you would like to confirm that your parcel has arrived to our offices, please check your tracking number on the parcel courier’s website.

Returns are usually processed within 7 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.

As soon as we’ve received and taken care of your return, we’ll email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.

 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

 

 Items purchase in December come with an extended returns period.  We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund if the following steps are followed and approved.

 In the interests of hygiene, earrings and other pierced jewellery are final sale. This means they are not exchangeable or refundable.

 FACE TO FACE PURCHASES OF FULL PRICE ITEMS:

 Savanna Couture do not offer refunds, instead, we do everything in our power to ensure you are happy with the item(s) purchased.

 Jewellery Variations

All of our jewellery is handmade so there may be variation in the finishes. Antique effects are used on most pieces. Natural variations occur in the precious and semi-precious stones, druzy quartz, baroque pearls and hand painted enamel.

 

 Incorrect Items

We will refund the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® postage cost of sending the item back to us up to £10. We cannot refund the cost if an alternative postal/courier service is used.

 Manufacturing Faults

If the item was purchased with manufacturing faults then these guidelines do not apply. Please refer to our “Face to face SALE purchases” section.

Reasons listed under "Jewellery Variations" above do not count as manufacturing faults.

Sales/ discounted items may have slight defects and we do not offer refunds or returns on sale goods.
